People don't really consider the true act to repent. If you follow your heart and are able to embrace what the Lord has offered you can truly change your outlook on life and be a great person.

I agree that repentance is a "change of mind."
It must simultaneously be a change of heart.
Then, from this change of mind and heart, change in behavior will naturally flow.
Living "in Christ" is the blessed result of our freely choosing to repent.
